Majmudar & Partners acts as Indian legal counsel to ZoomInfo Technologies Inc.

ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:ZI), a global leader in go-to-market intelligence solutions has completed its acquisition of Insent, Inc., including InsentApp India Private Limited through a merger process.  This deal marks the first acquisition for ZoomInfo in India.  Insent, Inc. is an artificial intelligence startup that makes web-based conversational chatbots.  Majmudar & Partners advised on the Indian law aspects of this deal. 

The team from Majmudar & Partners comprised of Partner and Head of the M&A Practice, Rukshad Davar, Partner, Amrit Mehta, Partner, Ravishankar Raghavan, Associate Partner, Kritika Agarwal, Senior Associate, Sinjini Majumdar and Associate, Rahul Datta.
