ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:ZI), a global leader in go-to-market intelligence solutions has completed its acquisition of RingLead.  RingLead is a comprehensive data quality management tool that automates sales, marketing, and revenue operations throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

The team from Majmudar & Partners comprised of Rukshad Davar (Partner and Head of the M&A Practice), Ravishankar Raghavan (Partner), Kritika Agarwal (Associate Partner), and Rahul Datta (Associate).  Lane Powell and Goodwin Procter LLP advised ZoomInfo on US law aspects of the acquisition.
