Majmudar & Partners acts as Indian legal counsel to Buchanan Technologies

Buchanan Technologies, a leading IT managed services provider has completed its acquisition of Cybernoor Corporation, including the business operations of Cybernoor India Private Limited. This deal marks the first acquisition for Buchanan in India. Cybernoor is a leading global provider of Oracle platform solutions.

Majmudar & Partners advised on the Indian law aspects of the business acquisition in India. The team from Majmudar & Partners comprised of Rukshad Davar (Partner and Head of the M&A Practice), Ravishankar Raghavan (Partner), Kritika Agarwal (Associate Partner), Rahul Datta (Associate), and Ayushi Bansal (Associate). Nelson Mullins advised Buchanan on US law aspects of the acquisition.
