Majmudar & Partners represented the Sanwal family on the sale of their 100% shareholding in AIMS Impex Private Limited, a leading flavour and fragrance chemicals manufacturer to Eternis Fine Chemicals Limited for an aggregate purchase price of US$15 million.  AIMS Impex Private Limited is a market leader in manufacturing synthetic coumarin, a popular fragrance chemical in India.

Rukshad Davar, Partner, and Amrit Mehta, Associate Partner, represented the Sanwal family on this transaction.  HSA Advocates and Avendus Capital represented Eternis Fine Chemicals Limited.
