Majmudar & Partners represented Elementis plc (LSE: ELM), a global specialty chemicals company, on an acquisition of a production facility near Mumbai through its Indian affiliate, Elementis Specialties (India) Private Limited, under an asset purchase transaction.  We advised on Indian law aspects of the acquisition, including the legal due diligence, finalization of the definitive agreements and closure of the transaction.  The deal size is confidential.

Managing Partner, Akil Hirani, and Associate Partner, Amrit Mehta, led the transaction.
