Advising 1st Financial Bank, one of the largest credit card issuing banks in the US, on its Indian subsidiary's corporate law matters.

Represented Swiss equipment manufacturer, Sauter, in its deal involving a purchase of a 26% equity stake in Chennai-based, Race Technologies.
- Advised on the merger of two group companies, including drafting the scheme of amalgamation and various applications and documents to be filed with the High Court, assisting in conducting general meetings of the company and counseling on taxation issues involved in the merger, such as income tax and stamp duty.
- Assisted an Indian infrastructure major in completing the bid documentation for the Hyderabad international airport project, including drafting the consortium agreement, the lead bidder agreement, etc.
- Represented a Singapore-based infrastructure major in its joint venture township project in India; advised on various issues relating to foreign investment in real estate, drafting and finalizing the joint venture agreement with the Indian partner and establishment of the joint venture company in Bangalore.
- Conducted a detailed legal due diligence on power generating companies in Andhra Pradesh and Kerala as part of acquisition of the power projects by a Malaysian power generating company; prepared and finalized the due diligence reports, assisted in drafting and finalizing the documentation to be submitted to the Malaysian stock exchange as part of a listing requirement and drafted the specific legal opinion on Indian investment law.
- Represented a UK-based charitable organization working for underprivileged children to settle its issues relating to the misappropriation by an Indian trust and also assisted in establishing a liaison office in Bangalore.
- Advised a client in setting up a research and development center in India to conduct clinical trials relating to pharmaceutical products.
- Advised a US-based client in establishing two subsidiary companies in India to conduct software research and manufacture AMR meters; advised on manufacturing-related laws, employee issues and contracts with various business partners.
- Advised a multinational pharmaceutical company in its contract manufacturing projects with Indian pharmaceutical manufacturing companies; conducted limited legal due diligence on the Indian companies and vetted the contract manufacturing agreements.
- Represented an Australian software company on its acquisition of an Indian company, and as part of the acquisition, conducted detailed due diligence on the Indian company and assisted in completing the acquisition.
