The applicant must have 8 years of experience handling the following matters:

1.     Legal due diligence

2.     Drafting share purchase and shareholders agreements; asset purchase agreements; slump sale agreements; other M&A documents

3.     Negotiating deals

4.     Assessing issues and ability to manage transactions end-to-end

The applicant should have prior law firm experience and good academic and other credentials.
