Acted as Indian legal counsel to the underwriters, DSP Merrill Lynch, in the public issue of Blue Bird (India) Limited (the “Company”) of 8,775,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price of Rs.105 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs.95 per equity share, aggregating to Rs.921.38 million.  The issue constitutes 28.57% of the fully diluted post-issue equity capital of the Company.
