Majmudar & Co. acted for Spruce Street Investments, an East Coast-based angel fund, on its investment in Digital Imaging Online India Private Limited, Bangalore, a company engaged in the imaging business.  The deal size is confidential.

Majmudar & Co. represented SKS Microfinance, India's largest microfinance company, in its fourth round financing aggregating to US$75,000,000 by Sandstone Investment Partners I, Kismet SKS II, and ICP Holdings I.  Majmudar & Co. negotiated the definitive agreements and assisted in closing the deal.

Majmudar & Co. represented Granite Hill Capital Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based private equity firm, in its investment in All Services Under 1 Roof Private Limited, a large housekeeping and related services company in Mumbai.  The deal size is confidential. 

Represented IMI Mobile Ltd., a cellular services company based in Hyderabad, India, in its US$10,000,000 private equity transaction with Pequot India Mauritius IV Ltd.

Represented Paul Capital Advisors in its US$28,000,000 investment in Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which was guaranteed by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd.  Advised on various transactional issues.
