Represented Wells Fargo Bank, one of the largest American banks, on establishing its technology and IT-enabled services subsidiary in Hyderabad, India. The Indian subsidiary will conduct software development, and provide IT support, back-office and related services to Wells Fargo entities in the US.  It will be established on a campus of approximately 50,000 sq. feet and will employ about 1000 employees.
